Orders, returns, shipping and how firearm and ammunition sales work. The full terms of sale, affidavit of customer and class-action waiver are on the Terms of Service page.
Order changes
Orders that need changes are cancelled and refunded in full minus a $10 charge issued as a gift card, then re-placed.
Returns and cancellations
All sales are final on firearms, ammunition and optics. Cancelled or returned orders carry a 15% restocking fee. Orders without required documents after 21 days are cancelled and refunded minus the fee.
Fulfillment
Orders ship within 3 to 10 business days by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Flat-rate shipping covers the lower 48 states only.
Firearms online
Firearms purchased online are picked up in store or shipped to an FFL near you. We verify the receiving FFL before shipping.
Ammunition
18+ for rifle and shotgun ammunition, 21+ for handgun ammunition. Ships ground with adult signature required. Sales final.
Firearm sales
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted items are sold and shipped in accordance with federal, state and local law. Many items may be restricted or prohibited in your area; check your local regulations before ordering. New firearms ship in the manufacturer's box with magazines, accessories and the factory warranty. Firearm sales are final; warranty work goes back to the factory within one year of purchase.
